Learn the basics about Brydge
What is Brydge?
How does Brydge work?
Brydge uses advanced AI to process orders in three simple steps:
- Accept any format — Upload files in CSV, Excel, PDF, email, or any other format. No templates required.
- AI validates with confidence — Our AI doesn't just process, it validates every field with match confidence scoring so you know the accuracy level.
- Export anywhere — Send clean data directly to your ERP/OMS via API or file export in your exact format.
Who is Brydge for?
Brydge is perfect for:
- Brands — processing thousands of retailer orders without adding headcount
- Retailers — submitting purchase orders to multiple suppliers
- Agencies — managing order processing for multiple clients
How accurate is Brydge?
Why wouldn't we just use ChatGPT for this?
ChatGPT is to Brydge what Google Sheets is to Xero. You wouldn't run your accounting in a spreadsheet because spreadsheets don't understand accounting. They can't reconcile bank feeds, calculate VAT returns, or flag duplicate invoices. You need a specialist, not a generalist.
Same principle here. ChatGPT doesn't know your product catalogue, can't match a retailer's shorthand to your actual SKUs, and has no concept of your ERP's required format. Brydge is purpose-built for wholesale. It learns your catalogue, validates against your real data, scores every match with confidence levels, and exports directly into your systems.
